★ 划船器来源于赛艇运动,距今已有50多年的历史

划船器是以训练为目的,用来模拟水上赛艇运动的机器,受外界环境因素影响小,是一种在室内就可以体验划船乐趣的有氧运动器械。

★ 划船器因为《纸牌屋》而广为人知

★ 划船器运动优势

划船器的锻炼效果是非常出色的,能够帮助使用者运动到全身几乎80%的肌肉群——身体后侧的肌肉群(包括支撑脊椎、背部的肌肉以及腿筋肌肉等),而且运动损伤风险很小,不用担心因为锻炼的缘故而导致膝盖受伤。

★ 正确划船姿势

划船有三个步骤,双腿—臀(核心)—双臂,即提桨(入水)——出水——回桨

先依靠双腿的推动,然后臀部慢慢的往后推,当你的肩膀超过你盆骨的时候,开始使用双手拉动手柄,身体往后倾,腿微微伸直,直到双手靠近胸部,回到原点再重复以上动作。

正确使用划船机时60%的力量来源于双腿的推动,利用双脚的瞬间爆发力推蹬。剩下的40%中,20%来自于下半身的带动,还有20%才来自于双臂的拉动

★ 需要注意的划船雷区

1. 不要只使用手臂的力气划船,这是很多新手都容易犯的错误。

2. 挺直背部,背部不要弯曲,打开你的腹部肌肉,然后放松肩膀,让你的脊椎永远处于直立状态。弓着腰发力,则会导致腰背部肌肉劳损。

Straighten your back, keep your back unbent, open your abdominal muscles, then relax your shoulders so your spine is always in a upright position.

3. 肘关节垂于身体两侧,拉手拉至肚脐上方位置,不要高举过肩。

Relax your elbows at your sides and pull your hands up to your stomach, not over your shoulders.
