舵手——引领方向，船艇上唯一可以看到终点的人——类似企业的领头人！
位置特征：每个动作的发出者，船艇上气氛与激情的调动者，引领航向，鼓舞士气。
领桨（8号位）——船艇上每个动作的带头者——类似企业的高级管理者！
位置特征：参照物，稳定节奏。全船上的桨手都要跟着8号位的节奏及动作，这样才能做到整齐划一。
副领桨（7号位）——配合领桨手，船艇上另一侧的带头者——类似企业中高层管理者！
位置特征：配合8号控制整艇的节奏，传递信息，链接后面队员。
动力桨（6、5、4、3号位）——提升船速，船上的发动机——类似企业的中层员工！
位置特征：划艇能力强，力量大、3、4、5、6号位处于全船最宽的位置，前面有人（7号位，8号位）领节奏，所以在这四个位置的人什么都不用考虑、跟好桨，然后把力量源源不断的送上去。
平船（1、2号位）——保持船的平稳——类似企业基层员工！
位置特征：1号位，2号位处于船艇的最前端，对船的平衡，走向感受特别明显 。
