1.正确拿桨 Get the paddle right:
There are two sides of an oar, the concave side is called the front side, and the concave side of the oar is towards yourself ; The other side is called the back side.The center of the oar is about at your nose (when you inside the canoe), and hold the oar symmetrically from this point.Recommended grip width is roughly the distance between your elbows or a little less.
2.安全入艇 Safely enter:
After putting on the life jacket, fix the boat with one hand, grasp the stabilizers on the shore with the other hand, step one foot into the kayak, then slowly move your weight, keep your balance, and put your body into the cockpit. Attention, when you need to put the whole body weight on the kayaking, must be added to the kayaking center line, or easy to turn over the boat.
3.直划 Move forward:
直划时右桨往右前方伸出 ，入水，沿船身往后拉回至大约在臀部后拉出水面， 然后把左桨往左前方伸出，入水，沿船身往后拉回至大约在臀部后拉出水面，如此反复的双边划水。
When you want to move forward,put your right oar extends forward to the right side water, pull back along the hull and put oar out of the water when it reach your hip back,and then ,put your left oar extends forward to the left side water,pull back along the hull and put oar out of the water when it reach your hip back,again and again,repeated the action.
4.倒划 Move back:
When you want to move back, insert the right oar into the water where place about at your hip, push back along the boat until it comes out of the water about your knee. While the right oar is pulling the surface, insert the left oar into the water where place about at your hip, push back along the boat until it is out of the water your about knee, and repeat on both sides.
5.转弯 Make a turn:
When the ship wants to go right, we need to paddle the left, to give the ship the right force; And when the boat wants to go left, we need to paddle the right side, to give the ship the left force.
When you don't want to go forward or choose to stay somewhere, insert the oar straight into the water and stop the boat by the pull of the oar.
7.安全下艇 Safe disembarkation:
Kayaking slowly into the harbor, stop steady, first put the oar, and then support the boat body, bend your knees, maintain the center of gravity and balance, slowly get up. One hand to grasp the fixed things on the shore, a foot center of gravity on the center line of the canoe, a foot on the shore, the center of gravity slowly shift, can go ashore.
Or you can grab the shore with one hand, put your butt on the dock, and then take your feet out and get out safely
