上海航伽公司是世博区域游艇产业发展课题 “研究顾问单位”和水上服务功能性企业，在发起和成功举办了2016、2017、2018年三届世博水上嘉年华皮划艇活动后，今年4周年了，9月28日正式举办2019“耀前滩滨水·谱世博文化”第四届世博水上文化嘉年华·“世博杯”皮划艇活动。

本次嘉年华在上一届活动的基础上，更新了比赛机制，同时全面升级了比赛装备，使得比赛的过程更加精彩激烈。“这已经是我第二次来这里参加皮划艇比赛了，现场的竞技感比之前有了更大的提升，不管是在装备上还是比赛选手的素质上。”来参加比赛的选手鲜绍龙说到，“我今天特地带着老婆儿子来这儿感受感受，希望他们也能喜欢上这项运动。”水上休闲运动是一项国际化、亲民、时尚优雅的一项运动，它带动了水上旅游休闲文化的发展，也造就了世博这块全国的文化高地上，又一张滨水休闲运动文化的新名片。
