9月14日的理论课培训环节在汇博中心331报告厅举行，邀请了上海海事大学亚洲邮轮学院副教授程爵浩博士，程博士是中交协邮轮游艇分会副秘书长；上海国际航运研究中心邮轮游艇研究所副所长；上海邮轮发展专家委员会委员。
